📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of field collection agents, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates and overall performance.
• Monitor and analyze collection data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to collection agents to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Represent the company at client meetings and other relevant events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial recovery, collection, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with collection software and tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
