As a Live Streaming Assistant at Nexgen, you'll work closely with our creative and technical teams to ensure seamless live streaming events. You'll be responsible for setting up and managing live streaming equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing excellent support to our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Set up and manage live streaming equipment, including cameras, microphones, and streaming software like OBS Studio and Wirecast.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during live streaming events to ensure high-quality broadcasts.
• Provide excellent support to clients, ensuring their live streaming events run smoothly and meet their expectations.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and implement live streaming strategies and concepts.
• Monitor and optimize live streaming performance, including bandwidth, latency, and viewer engagement.
• Assist in the production of live streaming content, including graphics, overlays, and other visual elements.
• Maintain and update live streaming software and equipment to ensure compatibility and performance.
• Provide technical support and training to team members and clients as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in live streaming, video production, or a related technical role.
• Proficiency in live streaming software such as OBS Studio, Wirecast, or similar tools.
• Strong technical skills in video editing, graphics design, and multimedia production.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with live streaming platforms and technologies, such as RTMP, HLS, and CDNs.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends in live streaming.
