As a Villa Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our villas, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the villa, ensuring it meets high standards.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure the villa is ready for guests upon arrival.
  • Manage and train villa staff, including porters and drivers, to ensure they provide excellent service.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure all villa amenities and equipment are in working order.
  • Prepare and maintain daily schedules for villa staff.
  • Monitor and report on villa performance and guest feedback.
  • Ensure all safety and security measures are in place and followed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven ability to manage and train staff effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and customs is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
