In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models to enhance our digital assessment platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, a passion for education technology, and the ability to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement machine learning models to improve the accuracy and efficiency of our digital assessment platform.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.,Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI.,Optimize existing machine learning models and algorithms to enhance performance and scalability.,Design and develop data pipelines for processing and analyzing assessment data.,Conduct experiments and A/B testing to evaluate the impact of machine learning models on user experience.,Mentor and guide junior team members in machine learning best practices and techniques.,Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our machine learning codebase.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.,3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on educational technology or digital assessments.,Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.,Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying and scaling machine learning models.,Familiarity with data processing and analysis tools like SQL, Pandas, or Spark.,Understanding of software engineering principles and best practices for building scalable and maintainable systems.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
