📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Monitor and reconcile bank and credit card statements,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making,Train and mentor junior accountants,Oversee the preparation of payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus
