📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and travel arrangements.,Manage and maintain sales-related documents and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of sales-related services.,Support the sales team in preparing and presenting sales proposals and reports.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales events and meetings.,Provide administrative support to the sales manager, including the preparation of meeting agendas and minutes.,Monitor and update sales performance metrics and KPIs.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales administration or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Previous experience in a technology-related industry is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
