In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering excellent service to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement menus that align with customer preferences and dietary needs.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and procurement of food ingredients.,Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.,Handle customer complaints and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the management team to improve kitchen efficiency and reduce waste.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred).
