📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract top talent for our organization through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate job applications to identify the most qualified candidates for our open positions.,Conduct initial interviews with candidates to assess their fit for the role and our company culture.,Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that we find the best candidates for the job.,Coordinate with other departments such as HR and Finance to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Provide regular reports and updates to the management on the progress of the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.
