📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to support B2B sales efforts.
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Identify and pursue high-value B2B opportunities through strategic inside sales techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create compelling marketing content, including case studies, whitepapers, and product brochures.
• Manage and track marketing campaigns to ensure they meet KPIs and ROI targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive overall business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and inside sales, preferably in the B2B sector.
• Proven track record of driving B2B sales growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads is a plus.
