📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct outbound and inbound lead nurturing campaigns to drive conversions.
- Analyze lead data and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective lead conversion strategies.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot to manage and track leads.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on lead conversion performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for potential and existing clients.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead conversion, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools and data analysis software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Certification in digital marketing or sales (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, or Salesforce) is a plus.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
