Duta Putri Restaurant is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Operational Manager to join our team in Pontianak. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
  • Manage and train staff to ensure they are meeting quality and service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and ordering to ensure that we have the right supplies on hand.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that the restaurant is running efficiently and profitably.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and policies.
  • Ensure that the restaurant is meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with inventory management and ordering.
  • Experience with POS systems and data analysis.
