Shine Root Dinamis is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Learning Development to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning and development programs that support the growth and development of our employees. You will work closely with the HR team and other stakeholders to ensure that our training initiatives align with our organizational goals and objectives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs that are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.,Identify and analyze training needs and develop training plans to address those needs.,Deliver training programs and provide coaching and mentoring to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with the HR team and other stakeholders to ensure that training initiatives are aligned with organizational goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide leadership and guidance to the learning and development team.,Ensure that all training programs are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories, models, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.,Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement.
