Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure they are able to meet their targets and deliver high-quality work.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies and processes to help our business make informed decisions and drive growth.,Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to improve our operations and products.,Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to help our team and stakeholders understand and interpret data more effectively.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems using data-driven approaches.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and share this knowledge with the team.,Ensure that our data analysis processes and tools are secure, compliant with relevant regulations, and optimized for performance.,Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to help them make data-driven decisions and improve their performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.,3-5 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on business intelligence and analytics.,Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and technologies, including SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.,Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex business problems using data.,Familiarity with cloud-based data analysis platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform, is a plus.,Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles is a plus.
