As an IT Application Support Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our IT support team, ensuring that all systems are up and running, and that our users have the tools they need to do their jobs effectively. You'll work closely with our development team to implement new features and improvements, and with our business units to ensure that our systems meet their needs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the IT support team, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of SAP, Odoo, and POS systems.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Work with the development team to implement new features and improvements.
• Collaborate with business units to ensure that our systems meet their needs.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in SAP, Odoo, or POS systems.
• Certifications in SAP, Odoo, or POS systems are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with cloud-based systems is a plus.
