📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct process improvement projects, including lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Develop and implement process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process issues.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Train and mentor team members on process improvements and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in manufacturing processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial or process engineering, with a focus on manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in process improvement tools and techniques, such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and TPM.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including assembly, machining, and quality control.
• Experience with process simulation software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO, OSHA, and other relevant certifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
