📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the retail outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Train and develop staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Maintain a clean and organized retail environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote management tools.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
