CV Nusa Visi is looking for a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Bekasi and remotely, providing flexibility and a great work-life balance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the store.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and attract new customers.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and ordering.,Train and mentor staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing sales and customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to travel to other outlets as required.
