PT Anugerah Karya is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to oversee and manage the company's vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring the safety and efficiency of our vehicles. This role is crucial in maintaining our operational standards and ensuring our drivers are well-supported.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's vehicle fleet.,Ensure all vehicles are in safe and operational condition before and after use.,Manage and schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost efficiency of the fleet.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and incidents.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers.,Handle any vehicle-related disputes or issues between drivers and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and tools.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
