📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.,Manage the accounting and payroll functions, including ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize financial performance.,Monitor cash flow and manage the company's liquidity.,Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting, management accounting, and financial reporting.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.
