PT Damar Giri is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Deputy Distribution Officer to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. This role is crucial in supporting the distribution operations and ensuring smooth product flow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of distribution activities.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain efficient supply chains.,Manage delivery schedules and ensure timely product delivery.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to distribution activities.,Support the distribution manager in implementing and improving distribution processes.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of distribution strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in English is required.
