📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and book accommodations, tours, and other travel services for clients using platforms like Booking.com, Agoda, and Expedia.
• Ensure the best deals and packages are secured for our clients, maximizing their travel experience.
• Handle client inquiries and ensure their satisfaction with prompt and professional communication.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our services and attract new clients.
• Stay updated with the latest travel trends and industry news to provide the best advice to clients.
• Work both in-person and remotely, balancing flexibility with the demands of the role.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the marketing department.
• Meet and exceed sales targets to drive the growth of Golden Century Marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Booking Sales Agent or similar role in the travel industry, preferably in Bali.
• Excellent knowledge of travel platforms like Booking.com, Agoda, and Expedia.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to handle client inquiries and secure the best deals.
• Ability to work both in-person and remotely, with a flexible approach to time management.
• Familiarity with local travel regulations and requirements in Bali.
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English is a plus, but not mandatory as long as you can communicate effectively in Indonesian.
