📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist the Section Head in managing a team of employees.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team.

Ensure that all employees are following company policies and procedures.

Develop and implement training programs for employees.

Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.

Assist in the performance management of employees.

Assist in the development of the team's strategic plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong understanding of human resources policies and procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with HR software and systems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
