📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and objectives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant feedback, and program outcomes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to ensure successful implementation of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.
