📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and improve tenant satisfaction through effective communication and relationship building.,Resolve tenant concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.,Coordinate with various departments to address tenant issues and ensure timely resolutions.,Monitor lease agreements and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions.,Conduct regular tenant surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of tenant engagement strategies.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in property management.,Provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in tenant relations or property management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.,Familiarity with property management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Customer-centric approach and a passion for property management.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
