📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the business in the assigned area, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability in the region.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.,Monitor market trends and competition, and develop strategies to stay ahead of the curve.,Ensure that all employees in the region are trained and motivated to deliver exceptional customer service.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.,Report to the Regional Manager on a regular basis, providing updates on the performance of the business in the region.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role in the retail or consumer goods industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a focus on driving revenue growth.,Familiarity with the retail or consumer goods industry, and a deep understanding of market trends and competition.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
