📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented to the highest standards.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Understanding of health and safety regulations.,Experience with POS systems and other restaurant management software is a plus.
