📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process guest payments and transactions using POS systems such as Clover or Square.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Issue receipts, invoices, and other financial documents as required.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in our hotel management system.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns related to billing and payments.
- Collaborate with front office and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Assist in reconciling daily cash counts and bank deposits.
- Stay up-to-date with local and international payment regulations and ensure compliance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a cashier or customer service role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and financial software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Familiarity with Indonesian and English languages is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
- Previous experience working in a luxury hotel is a plus.
