📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Monitor client accounts, track performance, and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services to clients.,Participate in business development activities, including market research and strategic planning.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.,Strong understanding of healthcare services and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales and customer relationship management tools is a plus.
