📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing first-line technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems and equipment.,Monitoring and maintaining network security and data backup systems.,Assisting with the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Providing training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Documenting IT processes and procedures.,Ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Providing technical support for remote and on-site users.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.,Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.
