PT Maju Hasta is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Bantul. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.,Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Oversee employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.,Lead training and development programs for employees.,Handle payroll and benefits administration.,Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain positive employer branding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.,Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.,Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration is a plus.
