Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales and revenue growth.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and business development initiatives.,Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, market trends, and sales performance.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business development strategies.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to showcase our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.,Proficiency in using sales and business development tools, such as CRM systems and data analytics software.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
