As an Assistant Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Key Account Managers in managing and developing key client relationships. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and developing key client relationships for Sehati Vera Cafe & Coffee.,Support the Key Account Managers in developing and implementing client strategies and plans.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of client reports and proposals.,Coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of services and products.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Assist in the organization and coordination of client events and activities.,Support the Key Account Managers in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities for key clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or retail industry.,Strong knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
