📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing company strategies to ensure long-term growth and success.,Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of the business.,Manage and mentor a team of managers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and investors.,Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Lead and participate in strategic planning sessions, contributing ideas and insights to drive the company forward.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building a strong brand presence and networking with key contacts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficient in financial management and analysis, with a deep understanding of financial statements and reporting.,Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices, with a commitment to compliance and ethical business conduct.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
