📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team.,Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales events, trade shows, and promotions.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.,Stay updated with industry trends and developments to inform sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the mining or construction industry.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
